Not every site needs ongoing SEO — sometimes you just need your website to keep working without you thinking about it. A Care Plan covers the boring-but-critical stuff: hosting, updates, security, backups, and the small edits that would otherwise eat your weekend.
It’s run by the same person who understands your site — not a junior on a ticket rotation. If something goes wrong, you email one address and you talk to someone who knows your stack, your content, and your customers.

Before I take responsibility for keeping your site up, I need to understand what’s there. The onboarding audit is a one-time cost that covers a full review of your current site, the plugin/theme stack, the hosting setup, and a security baseline. After that, monthly care starts and stays predictable.
- Onboarding audit. One-time setup: I review the site, document what’s there, and migrate hosting onto my managed stack if it isn’t already.
- Steady-state care. Weekly updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and your monthly edit allowance. Most months are quiet — and that’s a feature, not a bug.
- Quarterly review. What was done, what was caught, what to plan for next quarter. A short written summary you can actually read in 2 minutes.
Pricing
£50–£150 / month
Three tiers depending on what you need. The cheapest is hosting-only with no edit allowance; the middle tier is the most common (hosting + updates + security + a small edit allowance); the top tier adds performance tuning and quarterly strategy time. Every plan is month-to-month.
No SEO work included: Care Plans keep your site working. If you also want it to rank, you need a separate SEO retainer. I’ll tell you straight which you need and which is overkill.

You get a full export of your site, your data, and your DNS configuration. The site is yours; the hosting stack is mine, but migrating to a new host is straightforward and I'll help with the transition if you want it.
